Custom Order Processing Timeline

Please note that custom-made products require additional production time before shipping.

Design Approval Process

  1. Initial Order Placement – You place your custom order

  2. Design Proof Generation – We create a digital proof within 2 business days

  3. Client Approval – You review and approve the proof via email

  4. Production Begins – Manufacturing starts only after your approval

  5. Production Timeline – 5-10 business days from approval date

Important: The production timeline does NOT begin until we receive your final design approval. Delays in approval will delay your order delivery.

Tracking Your Custom Order

You will receive three important emails:

  1. Order Confirmation – Immediately after purchase

  2. Design Proof for Approval – Within 2 business days

  3. Shipping Confirmation with Tracking – When your order dispatches

Customization Limitations & Shipping Restrictions

Size/Weight Restrictions:

  • Maximum custom item size: 24" x 24" x 24"

  • Maximum weight: 20 lbs

  • Larger items may require special shipping arrangements

International Shipping Restrictions:

Some countries have restrictions on:

  • Custom textile products

  • Items with certain materials

  • Products with copyrighted content

Returns & Exchanges for Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our custom products:

Before Production:

  • Design changes: Free within 24 hours of order placement

  • Order cancellation: Full refund within 24 hours of order placement

  • After 24 hours: 50% refund if production hasn't begun

After Production Has Begun:

  • No cancellations or changes accepted

  • No returns or exchanges (except as noted below)

Exceptions (Eligible for Return/Exchange):

  • Item received is significantly different from approved proof

  • Manufacturing defect or damage during shipping

  • Wrong item shipped

Return Process for Eligible Items:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide photos and description of issue

  3. We provide return authorization and address

  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we issue refund/replacement

Shipping Damages for Custom Items

If your custom item arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard any packaging materials

  2. Take photos of: damaged item, packaging, shipping label

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  4. We will arrange for replacement production

*Note: Replacement of custom items requires new production time (5-10 business days).*

Holiday Periods:

During peak seasons (November-January):

  • Add 3-5 business days to production time

  • Order early to ensure holiday delivery

  • Check our website for holiday cut-off dates

Bulk Custom Orders (10+ items):

  • Contact us for custom quote and timeline

  • Staggered shipping available

  • Volume discounts may apply
